ChowNow Pros & Cons

Pros

Great way to see what restaurants offer delivery in the area.

Perfect for trying new food services without the fees of a typical delivery app.

Simple online ordering.

Unique mobile app to showcase menu.

Email campaigns designed for repeat business.

CONS

The app can be clunky at times and a bit unreliable.

Some users have reported issues with the final confirmation step.

There have been instances of false advertising of delivery availability.

The new interface could use some work. Smaller fonts make the "tickets" difficult to determine correct information.
