The Return Policy of get.chownow.com is as follows:
- If not satisfied with the ChowNow service, call 1–888–707–CHOW for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Instructions will be provided to package and ship the ChowNow product received with the subscription for ChowNow service.
- There are no refunds on ChowNow’s service or product fees. However, the service may be cancelled at any time. The remaining amount in the monthly cycle will be billed and the service will be terminated at the end of the monthly cycle in which the service was terminated.
- Damaged ChowNow products may be returned for refund or exchange under limited circumstances. If the item is returnable and sent back unopened in the original box, a refund will be offered based on the original method of payment.
- The product must be returned to the ChowNow warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
- If the ChowNow product is returned to the warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment and is in working condition, the service will be cancelled automatically and no fees will be charged.
- A ChowNow hardware product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when first used after opening the box. If the product is DOA, call ChowNow Technical Support at 1–888–707–2469 within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. ChowNow Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer options.
